PLEASE NOTE: For the Minis, the item pictured may not be the exact item you receive. You will definitely receive the item as described, but I have made several of each of these, so the butterfly may be in a slightly different position than the one pictured. Please feel free to messaged me with any questions or if you want to see the exact piece you will be receiving. I'm happy to send you additional photos.

Requests for alterations to what is pictured is treated as a custom order and will affect the price and production time.

Sculpture photographed is a finished product. You may receive this exact piece, or one that is very similar, in the same color scheme, using the same elements. Please feel free to message me with any questions prior to purchase.

Shipping/Delivery Options:
I ship domestically (USA), using the United States Postal Service, Priority Express. If you would prefer to pickup locally, that'll save you the cost of shipping! Let me know at the time of purchase that this is for LOCAL PICKUP and I will refund you your full shipping costs and we can arrange pickup day/time. If you'll be traveling with your piece, I strongly recommend bringing it as a carry-on item if flying. Each piece is built to be safe for travel; planes, trains, automobiles, bikes, hikes, subways, etc.

Additionally, if you have your own shipping account with a better shipping rate, I'm happy to work with you to save that $$. Just send me a message before purchase so we can work it out.

*Shipping costs have skyrocketed in the last few years, and these centerpieces need to ship in well-padded, double-packed boxes, and be in transit for as little time as possible (read: air freight over night shipping). Also Etsy is terrible and takes a cut of the shipping costs as well, so I no longer offer "free shipping". It was never free, just already included. This way at least you the customer don't have to pay extra fees Etsy would tack on to the shipping as well.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Do not drop or shake vigorously. Best to keep out of direct sunlight, humidity, and extreme temperatures. Spot clean with glass cleaner and/or dust gently as needed.

PLEASE NOTE: Once this piece has arrived at its destination it has the potential to last indefinitely. Keep away from directly sunlight, and don't get it wet. Shipping it safely is the tricky part! Due to its delicate nature, this piece must be shipped for next-day delivery (1-2 day delivery according to the USPS). Shipments will be mailed Monday-Wednesday only, for delivery Tuesday-Friday respectively. Recipient should be available to sign for package on first delivery attempt. Flutter by Katie is not liable for damage sustained in prolonged transit.
