Shipping policy

I ship as fast and as safely as possible. Due to the fragile nature of the artwork, and the rough nature of commercial shipping, each piece needs to be in transit for as short amount of time as possible. Generally I ship Mondays-Thursdays. Tracking information will be sent as soon as your piece ships, and signature is required for delivery. Please have someone home to accept delivery on first attempt. Flutter by Katie is not liable for damage caused during transport. If you are in the NYC area, I offer FREE PICKUP from my studio address. Please see shipping options at checkout for details.
